Über das Programm

Das Programm „Tandem – Kulturmanageraustausch Ukraine – Europäische Union - Moldau“ zielt auf die Bildung von neuen und langfristigen Kooperationen zwischen ausgewählten Kultureinrichtungen aus EU-Ländern und wichtigen kulturellen Akteuren aus Moldau und der Ukraine ab. Ein Kulturmanager aus der EU bildet zusammen mit einem Kulturmanager aus Moldau oder der Ukraine eine Tandem-Kooperation. Gemeinsam planen sie ein Projekt, das sie innerhalb der Programmlaufzeit durchführen. 

Gegenseitige 10-tägige Arbeitsaufenthalte in den Partnerorganisationen ermöglichen es den Teilnehmern, das Umfeld und die künstlerische Praxis der Organisationen in den Partnerländern kennen zu lernen und einen Einblick in die Kulturszene der Stadt, der Region und des Landes des jeweiligen Tandempartners zu erhalten. Die Arbeitsaufenthalte werden durch gemeinsame Workshops und Seminare aller Programmteilnehmer ergänzt, so dass ein Austausch über die Tandems hinaus ermöglicht und ein europäisches Kulturnetzwerk gebildet wird.

Teilnahmekriterien

• Sie sollten in einer professionellen Kultureinrichtung mit mindestens drei Mitarbeitern angestellt sein.
• Sie sollten Interesse an einer langfristigen internationalen Kooperation und der aktiven Pflege eines europäischen Kulturnetzwerks haben.
• Die Teilnahme an allen projektbezogenen Treffen, Workshops und Aktivitäten ist verpflichtend. Außerdem sollten Sie zeitliche Ressourcen haben einen Tandempartner in Ihrer Stadt/Organisation aufzunehmen

About the Program

The program “Tandem – Cultural Managers Exchange Ukraine – EU – Moldova” aims at creating new and long-term cooperations between selected cultural organizations in EU countries and important cultural actors in Moldova or Ukraine. Each tandem cooperation consists of two cultural managers: one from the EU and one from Moldova or Ukraine. They plan jointly a project, which they execute during the object time/the period of the program.

Mutual ten-day working placements to the partner organizations offer participants the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the environment and cultural practice of partner organizations and get an insight into the cultural scene of the tandem partner’s city, region and country. The working visits are complemented by joint workshops and seminars attended by all project participants, creating an opportunity for exchange with others beyond their tandems and thus forming an European cultural network.

Participation Criteria

• You need to be employed at a cultural organisation that has a minimum of three employees
• You must have an interest in long-term international co-operation and developing a wider network
• You must be available to attend meetings, workshops and activities for the programme period and to host a cultural manager in your city/organisation for a short visit
